Urethane cement floors for commercial kitchens, food plants, and wash-down rooms in the Capital Region. Thermal shock, grease, and moisture — not a garage flake system.
Urethane cement is a heavy-duty, moisture-tolerant flooring system for rooms that see hot water, grease, acids, and temperature swings. It is the floor under a dish line, a brewery tank room, a processing aisle — not the floor under a parked SUV.
Standard epoxy and thin polyaspartic films are the wrong chemistry here. They can blister, soften, or lose bond when a kitchen goes from fryer spill to hot wash-down. Urethane cement is built for that cycle.
Where we install it
- Commercial kitchens and commissaries.
- Breweries, bakeries, and food production.
- Wash-down rooms and chemical process areas.
- Light industrial floors that stay wet or hot.
What the system does
- Bonds to a prepared slab even when moisture vapor is a factor that would stop a thin film.
- Takes thermal shock better than decorative epoxy.
- Builds thickness where impact and traffic require it.
- Can be detailed to drains, trenches, and coves so water has a place to go.
Finish can be a broadcast texture for traction. This is a performance floor. If the room also needs a showroom look, say so — we may split systems by zone rather than force one product through the building.
Downtime
Food service cannot give you a two-week outage. We plan urethane cement around close days, second-shift windows, and phased rooms. That conversation lives on the Commercial & Industrial hub as well. Bring the calendar to the site visit.
