Auto bays, commercial restrooms, kennels, corridors, and light production rooms in the Capital Region are typical. Vinyl flake still wins most residential garages. Quartz wins when texture and wear thickness are the point.

Why quartz instead of flake

• Heavier broadcast and a more aggressive profile underfoot.
• Better hide of stains and traffic patterns in wet rooms.
• A system you can specify when safety officers care about slip resistance.

It is louder visually than a tight flake blend and more industrial than metallic. That is a feature in a shop. It is a mismatch in a Saratoga salon. We will say which.

Same discipline as every other resin floor: grind, repair, moisture check, base, full quartz broadcast, lock coat, and a topcoat suited to the chemicals in the room. Commercial jobs get a written system spec so the next facility manager is not guessing what is on the slab.
