Garage Floor Coatings
Epoxy garage flooring is a bonded resin system applied over prepared concrete. Done correctly, it seals the slab, resists chemicals and abrasion, and gives you a surface you can clean with a mop instead of a degreaser and a prayer.
Epoxy Flooring
Polyaspartic is a fast-curing, UV-stable aliphatic coating. In Upstate New York it is usually the topcoat, and sometimes the entire system, on garage and commercial floors that have to face salt, sun through open doors, and a short install window.
Polished Concrete
Polished concrete is the existing slab, refined. Diamond tooling cuts and tightens the surface through successive grits. Densifier hardens it. A specified sheen — matte, satin, or high gloss — is the finish. There is no thick resin film to peel, yellow, or delaminate.
Grind and Seal
Grind and seal is the middle path. We diamond-grind the slab to cut laitance and open the surface, repair what needs repair, and apply a penetrating or topical sealer. You get a cleaner, tighter floor without the cost of a full mechanical polish or the film build of an epoxy system.
Microcement
Microcement is a thin, trowel-applied mineral coating. It creates a continuous surface over floors, walls, curbs, and vanities without the thickness of tile or the look of a resin garage floor. Joints disappear. The room reads as
one material.
Quartz Flooring
Quartz flooring is a resin system with a full broadcast of colored quartz aggregate. The quartz adds thickness, color, and a consistent texture. It is the floor we use when the room needs grip and durability more than a smooth decorative look.
Urethane Cement Flooring
Urethane cement is a heavy-duty, moisture-tolerant flooring system for rooms that see hot water, grease, acids, and temperature swings. It is the floor under a dish line, a brewery tank room, a processing aisle — not the floor under a parked SUV.
